Key Duties & Responsibilities
- As a General Assistant, you will support various operational departments including the kitchen, dish wash area, and bonded warehouse. Duties include:
- Preparing food trays and airline meal sets
- Conducting temperature and quality assurance checks
- Checking, sealing, and labelling flight trolleys and canisters
- Receiving, unpacking, and organising stock
- Cleaning and stripping returned airline equipment
- Assisting with general warehouse and catering logistics
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety protocols
