Crynodeb
Due to increased capacity and extension of our Care Home we are looking for:
Motivated night carers (experience preferred but not essential) to support and join our night care team in delivering care in accordance with the care plans, under supervision from your Senior lead.
Hours are as follow:
Week one: 8pm - 8am - 36 hours per week
Week two: 8pm - 8am - 48 hours per week
Main duties would include, Working as part of a dedicated Night Team to provide person centred care as directed by the resident's care plans, ensure residents are supervised at all times, undertaking night checks as required. Night duties include an element of cleaning and vegetable preparation as well as laundry duties.
Other duties include, Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming in accordance with care plans
Supporting individuals with mobility and daily activities to promote independence
Administering medication( Topical) as directed by healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate records
Providing companionship and emotional support to residents or clients
Maintaining a clean and safe environment in line with health and safety regulations
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalised care delivery
Using IT systems to update care records and document relevant information accurately
We promote individual person centred care in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere encouraging choice, independence and dignity.
