TeacherActive are proud to be supporting a high-achieving, values-driven secondary school in Bolton. Known for its supportive leadership, strong pastoral culture and well-resourced DT department, the school is now looking for a confident Design & Technology Teacher to join them after the Christmas break. This role is full time and will run until February half-term in the first instance.

About the Role:

• Full-time Design & Technology teaching across KS3–KS4

  
  

• Initially until Feb half-term (with potential to extend)

  
  

• Specialisms welcome across Resistant Materials, Food or Textiles

  
  

• Deliver engaging, practical lessons with strong behaviour management

  
  

  What We’re Looking For:

  • QTS and experience teaching DT in UK secondary schools

    
    

  • Confident in at least one DT specialism

    
    

  • Strong classroom presence and ability to inspire creative learning

    
    

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to integrate smoothly into the department
