Summary

Our Marketing team has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Department on a fixed term basis. The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of Bluestone’s marketing strategy, driving brand growth, occupancy, and revenue. Working in close partnership with the Sales & Marketing Director and senior stakeholders across the business. This is a 12 month fixed term contract starting February 2026. The candidate will have experience in a senior marketing leadership role and have a deep understanding of digital marketing.
