Summary

We are recruiting to a part time Business Support Officer for a fixed term period of up to six months due to funding.
You will provide a high quality, efficient and responsive business support to the Integrated Complaints and Compliments Service. The post holder will be actively involved in providing day to day administrative support, excellent organisational skills are required, an ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting demands whilst meeting deadlines. You must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, have experience of working in a busy environment; understanding of project management processes and support required.
Responsibilities include ensuring up to date system recording in preparation for a system transfer this will include maintaining a range of confidential filing systems, updating/tracking. As part of your role you will support the group manager for complaints and compliments service and coordinates with collating files and ensuring they are kept to a good standard.
NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification, skills and experience are essential, you must have excellent IT experience, the role can be emotionally demanding and be able to maintain confidentiality.
