This role is based at Streatham Campus in Exeter and offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.


This full-time post is available from immediately on a fixed-term basis until 12th August 2027. This is a cover position for a secondment.


We are open to considering requests for part-time hours, job sharing or compressed hours.


Summary of the role


This is an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Partnerships and Business Insights (CPBI) team within Exeter Innovation at the University of Exeter. The CPBI team is part of the Business Development team and is responsible for increasing the depth and breadth of our relationships with Coprorate Partners.


The post holder will support Exeter Innovation in maturing our approach to effective corporate partnership management. They will work closely with the wider CPBI team including the Evaluation and Business Insights Manager to support colleagues across Exeter Innovation to develop data evidenced approaches including in providing business insights and intelligence.


This role supports Exeter Innovation in raising the profile of our key partnerships through events, visits and supporting internal and external communications. The post holder will support the Business Development Manager (Corporate Partnerships) in developing practical resources and managing the corporate partnership annual review cycle. The post holder will manage at least one corporate partner and support colleagues across Exeter Innovation in developing large scale bids with corporate partners.


The post holder will support opportunities for partnership development and impact in line with Exeter Innovation’s Business Engagement Strategy and the University’s Strategy 2030.
