Your new role

  • Support senior colleagues with corporate tax compliance and advisory work, including capital allowances, R&D claims, due diligence, and restructuring projects.
  • Assist in developing junior staff through mentoring and day-to-day guidance.
  • Conduct tax technical research and handle related administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HMRC, and other professional advisers.
  • Collaborate with audit teams on annual tax assignments.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate tax compliance
  • ATT/CTA or ACA/CTA qualified (or part-qualified with intent to study CTA)
  • Strong, up-to-date technical knowledge and understanding of tax/audit compliance standards
  • Commercially aware with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised, able to manage deadlines and work independently or in a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships professionally and discreetly
  • Experience with Alphatax is desirable
