Your new role
- Ensure compliance with legislative and ethical standards across trust services
- Act as principal for a portfolio of trust and high-net-worth clients, reviewing advice and trust accounts
- Lead and develop a team of advisors, ensuring effective work allocation and delivery
- Provide tax planning advice and oversee client meetings, collaborating with Private Client tax partners
- Drive marketing and business development initiatives to grow trust services
- Support team growth and upskill colleagues to manage risk and identify opportunities
- Promote firm-wide services, including financial planning
- Assist in the operation and strategic development of the trust corporation
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role
- ATT or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong, up-to-date technical knowledge (STEP desirable)
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of advisors
- Highly motivated and confident engaging with high-net-worth clients and colleagues at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Creative problem solver with a results-driven mindset
