Are you an experienced professional with expertise in safeguarding and HR investigations? We are seeking a highly skilled subject matter expert to join our team on abank basis, providing flexible support when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Chair safeguarding allegations against staff panels, ensuring thorough completion of risk assessments and recommendations to protect both staff and patient safety
• Monitor and report on investigation progress, advising the Trust to meet its statutory duties around safer recruitment and reporting to professional bodies, DBS, and statutory partners.
• Provide expert advice to chairs of disciplinary panels and appeals, ensuring compliance with policy and best practice.
• Act as a trusted advisor on complex cases, supporting robust decision-making and safeguarding standards.
This is abank role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute your expertise when needed. If you have a strong background in safeguarding, HR investigations, and regulatory compliance, we’d love to hear from you.
