We’re looking for a technically minded 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and developers — investigating issues, finding solutions, and helping to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a great fit if you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and getting hands-on with technology.
What You’ll Do
Handle complex support queries and escalations.
Investigate and diagnose technical issues (logs, data, configuration).
Liaise with developers to identify bugs and test fixes.
Contribute to documentation, testing, and internal improvement projects.
Occasionally assist with product demos or training alongside sales and support teams.
About You
You have strong troubleshooting skills and a calm, methodical approach.
You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
You enjoy learning how things work and finding practical solutions.
Some experience in software or technical support is ideal, but not essential.
Basic familiarity with SQL, web apps, or cloud platforms is helpful.
