Join the Frontline of Customer Care – Become a Service Advisor at Toyota Croydon We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales department at Toyota Croydon. You’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly service experience from start to finish.

If you have solid automotive experience—whether from a main dealer or an independent garage—and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where quality customer care comes first, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

This is a pivotal role within a small, tight-knit team of two service advisors, so we’re looking for someone with the confidence, energy, and experience to take ownership and thrive under pressure.

What You’ll Do

- Greet customers professionally and handle their service and repair requirements efficiently.

- Book vehicles for servicing, repairs, and MOTs using internal systems.

- Liaise with technicians and keep customers updated throughout the process.

- Explain vehicle health check reports, estimates, and repair work clearly and accurately.

- Upsell additional products and services such as service plans, A/C services, tyres, and wheel alignments.

- Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

- Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and to Toyota standards.

- Deliver a five-star customer experience that reflects Toyota’s reputation for quality and care.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous automotive experience (main dealer or independent) is essential.

- Customer-first mindset with strong communication and organisational skills.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle busy workloads efficiently.

- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated team player.

- A full UK driving licence is required.

This role would suit a motivated and experienced Service Advisor who takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience every day.
