An exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor has arisen with a reputable independent car specialist in Croydon. Our client is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their dedicated team, offering a salary package of up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

- Basic salary between £28,000 and £32,000, DOE
- Working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm on a rotation

Key duties of the Service Advisor position:
- Managing customer appointments and service enquiries efficiently
- Liaising with workshop teams to coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs
- Providing accurate quotes and explaining work carried out to customers
- Keeping customers informed on vehicle status through effective communication
- Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate
- Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
