Salary: Midweek £20, Weekend £21
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking experienced PTS Points Operators to join our rail maintenance and renewals team in the Wessex Region. This role is crucial to ensuring the safe and reliable operation of points and signalling equipment across Network Rail infrastructure.
You will work within a skilled team to deliver planned maintenance, renewals, and emergency works, often during night and weekend shifts to support operational demands.
This is a long term, ongoing contract with Midweek and Weekends available.
Key Responsibilities-
Operate and maintain points systems in accordance with Network Rail standards and company procedures.

Support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works.

Work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and technical staff on site.

Ensure all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Accurately complete all required safety and operational documentation.

Assist with track and signalling-related tasks as required.

Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) and PO / Points Op Sentinel certification.

Proven experience as a Points Operator within the rail industry.

Strong understanding of Network Rail safety procedures.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a safety-critical environment.

Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs.

COSS/LXA/Strapping certification.

Experience working in the Wessex route or similar infrastructure environment.
