This role is also open to Hybrid working and you would only need to be in the office once a week.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and update software license records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with preparing renewal documentation and tracking key renewal dates.
- Input data and generate reports to support audits, compliance, and optimisation.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to confirm licensing details and support administrative processes.
- Help the SAM team manage queries and support day-to-day operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confident with Excel and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience in administrative roles is valued and IT knowledge is a bonus but not essential
You’ll gain:
