Summary

Are you highly organised and detail-oriented? We are looking for an IT Administrator or an IT Business Analyst. You don’t need an IT background to succeed in this role, but if you have we would still like to hear from you. We’re looking for a motivated Administrator to join our Software Asset Management (SAM) team, helping track software licenses, maintain accurate records, and support renewals.

This role is also open to Hybrid working and you would only need to be in the office once a week.

What you’ll do:

- Maintain and update software license records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with preparing renewal documentation and tracking key renewal dates.
- Input data and generate reports to support audits, compliance, and optimisation.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to confirm licensing details and support administrative processes.
- Help the SAM team manage queries and support day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confident with Excel and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience in administrative roles is valued and IT knowledge is a bonus but not essential

You’ll gain:
