The successful candidate will deliver a professional, cost-effective property management and records service that supports strategic decision-making and optimises the client’s land and property assets. They will manage landlord and tenant relationships, oversee rent and service charge invoicing, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Using technical expertise, they will identify risks, recommend solutions, and contribute to property-related projects including acquisitions, disposals, and accommodation planning. Collaborative working with internal teams and external partners will be key to delivering a seamless, high-quality service aligned with organisational priorities.
