Join a fast-paced Corporate Communications Team as a Digital Designer and play a pivotal role in bringing our organisation's story to life through compelling visual communications. You'll design engaging digital assets ranging from corporate documents, presentations, e-learning materials through to multimedia content that reaches both internal teams and external audiences. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll ensure all designs meet government accessibility standards and NHS brand guidelines whilst contributing to our broader communications strategy.
This role is a fixed term contract initially for 6 months with an option to extend for a further 6 months.

Receive content from subject matter experts and use this to develop story boards and concepts and publish e learning packages to support a range of learning and development requirements.
Develop graphic based information to increase knowledge & learning to underpin the delivery of strategic objectives, and to support and enable the wider counter fraud community.
Conceptualise and produce specifications and graphic designs for use in marketing and awareness products including interactive designs, illustrations and imagery to enhance communications.
Review internal and external feedback across all designed products.
We have offices based in Coventry, Newcastle and London and offer flexible, hybrid, office and home-based working. In addition to the advertised salary working in the London area will attract High-Cost Area Supplement where appropriate. Provide mentoring and instruction to staff in use of digital products, services and techniques and the provision of appropriate training materials where required. Advises on standards for tools, techniques and environments, advises on their application, and ensures compliance of these tools within methods and processes in Business Process /IT systems design projects, whilst ensuring own actions promote quality and alert others to quality issues.
Produce guidelines to support the whole workforce in the use of images, accessibility compliance, brand identity etc.
Develop and maintain project plans for key workstreams.
Plan resource requirements and interdependencies on other areas of the organisation to manage deadlines.
