Good administrative support with excellent customer service skills are vital to the effective operation of the Investigation & Counter Fraud Team, at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).

The role holder is responsible for the day-to-day admin support to investigations across the DVSA Driver environments, providing investigation support to managers and investigators, additionally support revocations of driving Licenses.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to investigation teams.
  • Creating investigation case files and folders.
  • Providing the administration support for driver revocations.
  • Working in collaboration with colleagues across all functions for the good of DVSA and to create a high performing and well respected Agency.
  • Communicating with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve business objectives.
