We’re looking for a practical, reliable person to support our local cycling operations. The role involves driving a van and performing basic bicycle repairs at our community bike hubs.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and supporting sustainable transport in our area.
Responsibilities:
Drive to collect and deliver bicycles between local hubs.
Carry out basic maintenance and repairs (training provided).
Help with workshop organisation and bike checks.
Communicate effectively with the team and the public.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in learning.
Punctual, responsible, and community-minded.
Pay and Hours:
Job starts with 6 hours, possible to offer more hrs
Training pay:
After training (self-employed): salary depending on Mechanical skills and experience.
