We're growing rapidly, and we need a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate our online presence.
Role Overview:
As our Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence. You'll manage and grow our social media channels, create engaging content, interact with our community, and support our marketing strategy to help promote PizzAmmore Napoli and our passion for great food. Your goal will be to build a vibrant and loyal online community, increase brand awareness, and drive foot traffic to our pizzeria.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage our social media content strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook.
* Create visually compelling and engaging content, including photography, videos, graphics, and captions that showcase our food, atmosphere, and culture.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure all content reflects the latest menu items, promotions, and seasonal specials.
* Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
* Monitor social media trends and conversations to ensure we’re staying relevant and on top of customer feedback.
* Promote seasonal menu items, special events, and in-store promotions through social media.
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep our audience engaged and informed.
Key Skills & Experience:
* At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
* Strong skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and graphic design. Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus.
* Solid knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook), and content trends.
* A passion for creativity and innovation, with the ability to think outside the box and develop fresh ideas that capture attention.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* A passion for food, culture, and authentic pizza is a plus!
* Must have a creative, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing trends.
