About Us:
Social Care & Education is looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Northwich. We provide high-quality support to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs across supported living environments.
Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and empower individuals to live as independently as possible. Your role will include:
• Supporting day-to-day tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties
• Promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion in line with individual support plans
• Encouraging participation in community and recreational activities
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Managing challenging behaviours calmly and professionally
• Providing consistent emotional and practical support tailored to each individual’s needs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a support or care-based role
• Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or complex needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and able to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Right to work in the UK
