Summary
Social Care & Education is looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Northwich. We provide high-quality support to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs across supported living environments.
Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and empower individuals to live as independently as possible. Your role will include:
Supporting day-to-day tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties
Promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion in line with individual support plans
Encouraging participation in community and recreational activities
Administering medication safely and accurately
Managing challenging behaviours calmly and professionally
Providing consistent emotional and practical support tailored to each individual’s needs
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a support or care-based role
Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or complex needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and able to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Right to work in the UK
