We are seeking to employ a qualified, experienced and motivated Team Leader as a key member of our Tree & Woodland Team. The role is responsible for the management of the operative team, their work programme related to tree and woodland safety work and management.


You will provide professional advice on tree related issues as required to internal and external customers and maintain records through the asset and customer management system. Provide support to Planning Services regarding tree related applications and enquires as well as supporting other departments in WLC.


You will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Arboriculture, Forestry or Woodland management, or equivalent relevant experience. You will be familiar with commissioning and contracting works.


You will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop positive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, including having good relationships with our tree contractors.


You will be motivated and able to work independently, planning and prioritising your work.
