Our warm, well-run Nursing Home in Liphook is seeking a dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Deputy Manager or a confident Registered Nurse ready to progress into a management role with full support and development.

About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team leadership.

You will:

• Lead clinical practice and ensure safe, person-centred care

  
  

• Support with auditing, governance, and regulatory compliance

  
  

• Assist with staffing, supervision, training, and performance development

  
  

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

  What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN

    
    

  • Experience in elderly care or complex needs
