We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Exams and Data Officer to join our dedicated team at Aspire Academy, an Alternative Provision Academy committed to supporting young people to achieve their potential. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and administering all aspects of examinations and maintaining accurate pupil data to support effective teaching, learning, and school improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data management skills who is passionate about making a difference in a dynamic and inclusive educational setting.
The core focus of the role is to be responsible for the efficient and effective running of all internal and external examinations within for the school, including liaising with staff, pupils, invigilators and examination boards. The job holder will be responsible for liaising with the Data Manager for recording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting all aspects of student data.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work accurately and to deadlines with knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework for administering examinations.

Job Details
Hours of Work: 29.5 Hours per Week, Term Time Only (including training days) plus 2 weeks. This includes the GCSE Release Day and the GCSE Results Day in August.
Flexibility is required around exams seasons and working hours during these times.
Position Type: Permanent Post
Line Manager: PA to Principal
Travel Required: Occasional
