We are recruiting a Contracts Manager to join the team.
In return, we are offering a salary of up to £60,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday, company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop, pension scheme available.
We are looking to strengthen the Insulation team by recruiting a highly motivated and commercially driven Contracts Manager to support our Midlands based operation. Responsible for contracts and projects, within the Insulation Division, you will manage the delivery to the highest standards, in accordance with specified service level agreements. This will require regular site visits UK wide to manage staff and resources therefore an understanding of pipework, ductwork and insulation installation is essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required as this will be a client facing role involving meetings on a regular basis.
As well as managing existing contracts the successful candidate will be expected to expand the division by sourcing new works from new clients
