Overview Venture is seeking skilled and dedicated teams of CCDO Operatives to join our growing workforce. We are hiring teams from West London, where at least one team member is a driver with access to a car. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CCDO Operatives who are happy to travel up to 1 hour from West London to work on exciting projects in locations such as Reading, Aylesbury, and Oxford.
Responsibilities
- Perform demolition and site clearance tasks in accordance with CCDO standards and safety regulations.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and report any issues or hazards promptly.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid CCDO Card.
- Proven experience as a CCDO Operative in demolition or related fields.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car (at least one team member must meet this requirement).
- Willingness to travel up to 1 hour from West London to project sites.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices in construction and demolition.
Day-to-Day
- Travel to project sites in Reading, Aylesbury, or Oxford as required.
- Conduct demolition tasks, including dismantling structures and clearing debris.
- Operate machinery and tools safely and responsibly.
- Adhere to project timelines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and follow all site-specific protocols.
- Maintain communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
