Summary
Roo Repute Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the company’s daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination between management, clients, and project teams. The role involves supervising administrative processes, managing compliance documentation, and supporting project scheduling for ongoing prototype and R&D activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, scheduling, and communication across departments.
Maintain company records, HR files, and documentation in line with UK compliance standards.
Coordinate procurement, logistics, and supplier communication.
Support the preparation of reports, invoices, and project documentation for management review.
Assist the Director in organising team meetings, client communication, and operational planning.
Liaise with the R&D department to align administrative support with technical project milestones.
Ensure smooth operation of company systems and maintain confidentiality of sensitive business data.
Monitor expenditure, track budgets, and prepare expense summaries for monthly reporting.
Manage the onboarding of new employees and maintain accurate training and compliance files.
Maintain contact with clients, vendors, and partners in English, Hindi, and Punjabi to ensure effective communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Management, or related field).
Previous experience in business administration, operations management, or office coordination.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital record-keeping systems.
Strong understanding of confidentiality and compliance obligations.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred to support multilingual team coordination.
