Crynodeb
Key Responsibilities:
• Arriving on time for shift, informing Line Manager of lateness for work, sickness, inability to attend shift at the earliest opportunity.
• Ensuring that you clock in and out of the clocking system, this will be done at the start and end of each shift. In such instance that the clocking system is not working you will be required to complete a timesheet containing your hours. Timesheets to consist of tasks undertaken, job/project numbers and time taken on each task.
• Understanding Millnet’s internal Job Management System. This will include time tracking which will monitor your day to day tasks, lunch breaks etc, right up to booking in jobs, entering tallies etc.
• Understand and adhere to established processes and workflows. Acknowledge and caution Line Manager if processes have to be changed or disregarded or require further revision.
• Actively manage and achieve set deadlines and SLA’s. Escalate probable issues which might cause a breach of SLA or miss of deadline to Line Manager.
• Maintain high quality standards of work at all times to ensure work is accurate and that deadlines are met.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of project reporting.
• Submit daily report to Line Manager. The report must include all issues that will have an effect on client requirements.
Essential:
• Detailed product knowledge in the areas of document services including coping, scanning, printing from electronic media and finishing
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) which are sufficient enough to be able to speak to and / or email clients in relation to specifications, questions, updates etc.
• Understanding of Microsoft Outlook and accessing public email folders.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Understanding of quality assurance processes
• Ability to perform well as part of a team with a flexible and proactive approach to work
