Summary

                      ⭐ What You’ll Do:

                      • Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, following menu guidelines


                        • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls


                          • Work effectively within existing kitchen teams


                            • Support senior chefs with prep, service, and daily operations


                              • Adapt quickly to new environments and procedures


                                • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and site-specific requirements


                                  ⭐ Requirements:

                                  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis stepping up


                                    • Enhanced DBS certificate (issued within the last 12 months) or willingness to obtain one


                                      • Strong understanding of food hygiene (Level 2+ Food Safety preferred)


                                        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


                                          • Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude


                                            • Flexibility to take on short-notice or varied shift patterns
