We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee multiple NHS-related construction and maintenance projects running through April. This is a temporary role with immediate start potential, offering flexibility in employment type and a streamlined induction process.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate site operations across multiple locations
• Supervise joiners, fire stoppers, and other trades on-site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Liaise with office-based management to align site activities with project goals
• Support quick mobilisation and efficient execution of works
• Set the tone and expectations during initial site meetings and inductions
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in site supervision or management within construction or maintenance
• Strong understanding of fire stopping and joinery works
• Ability to manage multiple teams across different locations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment
• Available for interview and onboarding early next week
