Crynodeb
You will provide statistics and data to the Project Officer and Project Manager to support strategic planning. In addition, you will assist with the administration and delivery of our online sessions to Young People and adult learners. This will include being online, offering face-to-face support to our learners.
The role will be responsible for providing an elevated level of customer support to those contacting the Young Leaders or Training Teams
All our young leader online sessions, and many of our adult sessions are outside the normal working day and therefore the post holder is required to work Monday – Thursday evenings up to 9pm and on Friday for at least 3 hours covering 9am to 12 noon. The exact distribution of hours will be agreed at Interview.
What we are looking for:
Someone who is confident in dealing with people who have queries or problems and is focused on finding solutions for those issues. You will have good organisational skills and will pay attention to details in your work. You will be able to plan your own time, and schedule work according to the priorities given.
You will have had experience of using a variety of computer systems and software packages including Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and be confident with IT.
Working to support our online learning sessions, you will be confident in an online environment with lots of people on screen at the same time and confident in talking to people you have never met before.
As part of a small team, you will be a good team player but will also be confident working on your own getting on with the job. You will also be comfortable with working remotely without other staff in the same location.

**The geographical allowance is based on a member of staff having a home or office-based postcode within 30 miles (as the crow flies) from Charing Cross, WC2N 5HS. The allowance is 7% capped at £4,000 per annum.
