Crynodeb
A formal job plan will be agreed between the appointee and divisional director, on behalf of the medical Director, this is not designed to be exhaustive. The post holder and divisional director/ chief of service will review the job plan annually in line with the provisions in schedule 3 of the terms and conditions. Either may propose amendment of the job plan. Programmed activities (PAs) For a whole-time contract: A total of 10 Pas This will involve clinical activity, including specialty clinics, predictable and unpredictable emergency work, and Supporting Professional activities, including audit, clinical governance, CPD, teaching, research, educational supervision of junior staff and CPD). The successful applicants will be support by the Head of speciality to achieve CPD goals.
