What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting SEMH learners 1:1 and within small group settings

Assisting with behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies

Delivering targeted academic support across key subjects

Working closely with teachers and SENCo to track student progress

Encouraging independence and fostering positive relationships
