Warehouse Administrator

Immediate ongoing temporary role
£12.21 per hour weekly paid after 12 weeks holidays 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
9am – 5.30pm
We are supporting a manufacturing and distribution centre with the recruitment of a warehouse administrator, we need someone who has previously worked with warehouse environment this is cross function role so you will be completing warehouse and administration tasks (the role require someone who is physically fit as the role does involve lifting items)
Duties for the Warehouse Administrator
• Identifies and corrects inventory errors, providing feedback on the root cause.
• Assisting in modifying the site layout for productivity improvements
• Update the computerised system with stock information and producing labels for stock to be sent to clients
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments to inventory in the WMS system
• Alerts the Lead to any irregularities in the product inventory or processes (i.e. count and location errors, product shortages and product damage
• Supports the company goals for quality and continuous improvement
Personal qualities for Warehouse Administrator
• Must have worked within a warehouse administration role in the past
• Strong IT skills including excel
• Attention for detail
• Must be happy to move stock into the warehouse, so need to be physically fit
