Working 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for one of our key customers in South Normanton, Derbyshire they need a temporary administrator to work in their busy returns department the role has an immediate start until the end of January 2026 (after this period the contract could be extended)
The role of the administrator
The role will be to support the Returns team with the scanning, uploading paperwork to our client portal, requesting temperature data from our transport team where required and filing/retrieving Returns Paperwork as required - training will be given on the required tasks with a view to later being taught how to use and book on Returns stock via our WMS system.
The person we are looking for must have:
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal English.
• High level to the attention for detail - accuracy is key for this role.
• Experience of office administration.
• Knowledge and experience of MS Excel and a warehouse management system.
• Flexibility to change shifts if requested.
• Previous Warehouse experience - knowledge of Returns processes an advantage.
