PHOENIX Medical Supplies is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Manager to lead a high performing team across the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence.
As Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of 4 Area Managers and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, compliance, and profitability across all branches. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of pharmacy services, driving performance through data-led decision making and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and support 4 Area Managers to deliver strong NHS and OTC performance.
- Own the region’s P&L, driving income growth and cost control.
- Implement strategic business initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Champion regulatory compliance, SOP adherence, and health & safety standards.
- Conduct structured branch visits and deliver SMART action plans.
- Promote centralised dispensing and private service offerings.
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in multisite management within community pharmacy.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy funding models, financial reporting, and margin analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant (minimum) and a full UK driving licence.
- A proactive, reliable, and respectful approach to team and stakeholder engagement.
