? Regional Manager – White Oaks

Location: Sevenoaks, Maidstone & Tonbridge area (South Region)
Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you an experienced leader in the care sector with a passion for operational excellence and team development? We’re looking for a Regional Manager to join White Oaks, leading a network of care homes across the South region. ? About the Role

As Regional Manager, you’ll lead a team of Unit Managers across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong client relationships, and commercial success. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, developing your teams, and maintaining a culture focused on care, compliance, and continuous improvement.

? Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers across the region

  • Drive growth and retention through effective strategic planning

  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company and regulatory standards

  • Oversee financial performance, including month-end processes and action plans

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels

  • Champion a positive health & safety culture

  • Support bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities

  • Foster team engagement, development, and succession planning

? About You

You’ll bring a proven track record of managing multi-site operations and inspiring teams to deliver results. You’re commercially astute, people-focused, and confident in leading change.

Essential:

  • Senior management experience in a multi-site environment

  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

  • Sound business and financial acumen

  • IT literate and highly organised

Desirable:

  • Experience managing senior client relationships

  • Background in the care or healthcare sector
