What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Sound understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s early learning, wellbeing, and development
