Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Early Years)
Salary: Up to £29,000
Hours: 45 hours per week | Full-Time
Our client is looking for a caring and motivated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Early Years) to join a warm and welcoming team – The nursery is set in a beautifully converted nursery with an all-weather garden. This friendly and supportive setting is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can learn and thrive.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s early development and eager to grow their career in early years education.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – required.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Good understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
