Crynodeb
The Role
• Produce a range of artisan breads, pastries and baked goods following recipe cards and quality standards
• Mix, knead, shape, prove and bake – ensuring consistency, precision and creativity
• Monitor oven temperatures, dough development and baking times to deliver perfect results
• Maintain clean, organised workspaces and uphold the highest food hygiene and safety standards
• Work closely with the Head Baker.
• Contribute to new recipe ideas and seasonal specials
• Early starts giving you the day time off. Working 5 nights per week with weekends off
About you
• Previous experience as a Baker, Bread Baker or Pastry Baker (minimum 1 year)
• Strong practical skills in dough handling, shaping and baking
• A genuine passion for artisan baking and craftsmanship
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, CCPs and kitchen safety
• Reliable, organised and ready to work early shifts
• A team player with the energy, ambition and drive to grow into a senior role
• Must have own transport unless you live within walking distance
