You’ll be working at the heart of ourSouth London communities, supporting adults to live safely, independently, and confidently in their own homes. Whether you’re helping someone practice daily tasks after a fall, set up equipment to make life easier, or build strength and confidence through meaningful activities, your work will have a lasting impact.
This is a hands-on and varied role, perfect if you enjoy meeting people, problem-solving, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team. You’ll visit clients acrossBrixton, Streatham,Oval, Peckham, and Dulwich,supporting them with their rehabilitation and helping them achieve goals that matter most to them.
You’ll work closely with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, gaining valuable experience in assessment, equipment provision, and rehabilitation programmes. We’ll support you every step of the way with supervision, training, and development opportunities to help you progress in your OTA career.

• Support rehab programmes designed by OTs and Physios, helping people build confidence and independence in daily activities.
• Provide equipment and practical solutions for patients to make everyday life safer and easier.
• Carry out home visits, deliver exercise programmes, and document progress accurately.
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team across community, inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Take part in service development projects
• You may be asked to provide cover at Pulross Rehab Ward and take part in the weekend rota (one day over a weekend when required).
