Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day admin and operational support
Coordinate projects, track progress, maintain documentation
Keep compliance records up to date (policies, data handling, reporting)
Support HR: candidate sourcing, onboarding, records
Prepare reports; manage data and metrics (Excel and other systems)
Schedule meetings; prepare agendas; manage comms (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
Assist marketing: events, suppliers, digital campaign support
Liaise with internal teams and partners to meet business/compliance goals
Suggest process improvements and maintain accurate records
Skills & experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisation, planning, and multitasking
Proven admin/project coordination experience
Compliance/audit/data management exposure (desirable)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive, professional, and adaptable
Essentials
GCSEs (or equivalent)
Admin/business support experience
Confident with Microsoft Word & Excel
Clear written and verbal communication
Professional, discreet, approachable
Able to prioritise and work well in a team
