Your Mission

Lead and inspire a passionate team of Support Workers, helping them thrive personally and professionally

Oversee the day-to-day running of a supported living service with amazing residents

Ensure services meet and exceed CQC and safeguarding standards

Drive continuous improvements and introduce fresh ideas to enhance quality and independence

Build strong, meaningful relationships with families, health professionals, and other stakeholders

Who You’ll Support

The people you’ll be supporting are extraordinary:

Adults with autism and learning disabilities

Individuals with acquired brain injuries

Those with behaviours that challenge or sensory/visual impairments

Your guidance will directly shape their experiences, giving them choice, independence, and dignity every day.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has solid experience managing adult social care or supported living services

Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable)

Leads with empathy, confidence, and resilience

Can manage resources, budgets, and teams effectively

Thrives in a hands-on, dynamic environment

Holds a valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
