We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our team at Cleeve Court Dementia Care Home in Bath.
This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.
Cleeve Court
Cleeve Court is a purpose-built, 30-bedded residential care home. We support older adults living with varying degrees of frailty and a diagnosis of dementia in a homely environment. Located in Twerton, Bath, Cleeve Court is based over two floors and is easily accessible by public transport.

About the role:
The working pattern is from 8.00pm – 08:00am with a 1-hour unpaid break.
This role involves caring for 45 older adults living with dementia over two floors – Kelston Rise and Lansdown View – alongside three other colleagues. You’ll provide personal care, ensure residents’ health, safety and wellbeing needs are met to a high standard, undertake hourly checks, support residents who are awake, respond to emergency situations, and carry out cleaning duties. We provide additional pay enhancements for all roles, applicable to shifts worked during weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
About You:
Previous experience of working in care would be an advantage, but a commitment to deliver quality person-centred care is essential and full training will be provided.
