Cleeve Court
Cleeve Court is a purpose-built, 30-bedded residential care home. We support older adults living with varying degrees of frailty and a diagnosis of dementia in a homely environment. Located in Twerton, Bath, Cleeve Court is based over two floors and is easily accessible by public transport.

This role involves caring for 45 older adults living with dementia over two floors – Kelston Rise and Lansdown View – alongside three other colleagues. You’ll provide personal care, ensure residents’ health, safety and wellbeing needs are met to a high standard, undertake hourly checks, support residents who are awake, respond to emergency situations, and carry out cleaning duties.
