Phoenix Care Staff is a family-run care provider proudly supporting Nursing and Residential Homes across the local area. We’re expanding our team and are looking for experienced Health Care Assistants who are compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to delivering outstanding care to residents.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous paid experience working in a Nursing or Residential care home
- A genuine passion for caring for others and making a difference
- Driving licence preferred, but not essential
What You’ll Receive:
- £13.68 per hour, paid weekly
- Holiday pay and pension scheme included
- Free uniform provided
- Refresher training to keep your skills up to date
- DBS application support
- Flexible working options – full-time, part-time, or bank shifts (days or nights)
- Ongoing 24/7 support from our dedicated office team
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration
- Promoting comfort and mobility through safe moving and handling techniques
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring and recording changes in residents’ wellbeing
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and homely environment throughout your shift
Shifts Available:
Day and night shifts | Full-time, part-time, or bank hours – choose what suits you best.
