Phoenix Care Staff are looking for experienced Health Care Assistants to become part of our growing team in the local area. We’re a family-run organisation that takes real pride in supplying skilled and compassionate carers to Nursing and Residential Homes.
A driving licence is preferred but not essential.
About You:
To be successful, you’ll have previous paid experience working in a Nursing or Residential care setting and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Assisting with mobility and ensuring safe movement using the right equipment
- Building positive relationships and offering meaningful companionship
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Observing, recording, and reporting any changes in residents’ wellbeing
