We are a family run company who take great pride in providing experienced carers to cover shifts within Nursing/ Residential homes. Applicants must have good communication skills and have the ability to listen to the service users' needs.
Full and Part time hours are available as well as bank.
Driving licence preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as washing, showering, and dressing
- Helping with mealtimes, including serving food and supporting residents with eating
- Making beds and changing bed linen
- Assisting with repositioning residents to prevent pressure sores
- Providing companionship and maintaining regular communication with residents
- Safely operating hoists and other moving/handling equipment
- Carrying out light housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness
