Job Summary:
We are looking for confident and motivated Telesales Representatives to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote our products or services, generate sales, and build strong customer relationships.
Main Duties:
Making outbound calls to warm or cold leads.
Promoting products or services and explaining their benefits.
Handling customer questions, objections, and concerns.
Recording accurate information in the system.
Following up on leads and closing sales.
Meeting daily and weekly targets.
Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
Confident, friendly phone manner.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic computer skills (CRM systems experience is a bonus).
Sales experience is helpful, but full training will be provided.
